international art sales!

Wow here's how the Olive Manor Motel looks installed at it's new place in Switzerland. Nice! I'm pasting the email I got from them regarding the painting, they can see now how much more interesting and visually forceful my paintings are when you see them in person:

"Hello Alex, We got it yesterday and opened and hung it last night. We love it. We have one spot light over it on a dimmer. When on full, the scene takes place at mid day with direct sun rays burning into the room! Then turn the dimmer down half way and the scene changes to an end of the day setting sun giving off it’s last rays. But when you turn the dimmer down till there is barely any light at all coming off, the room looks moon lit, magical!

Thanks alot and if ever your want to come visit Switzerland, don’t hesitate to let me know."

Looks stunning Alex, I love the reflection of light on the wall, one of my favourites from the series. Any intentions to put on a a f#*ck the 80s work or Goldman sachs or city bank (90s indulgence) works on ebay? Let us know if you do, would love to bid if a reasonable reserve. Keep it up.

I actually am thinking of putting just one of those paintings up for auction soon! And I'm nearly ready getting my own artist-direct auction site going at www.alexschaeferart.com! there are no live auctions presently but they will be coming within a week! Please register to bid! This site is entirely mine, not like ebay or etsy, and all information is private :)
